This trip will take you to most of amazing destinations in Cambodia and bring you general knowledge about Cambodian history and culture. From Phnom Penh capital - home to a number of Khmer-style buildings, French architecture and Buddhist temples to some tranquil provinces Kratie, Kampong Cham, Battambang then to the world’s largest religious monument Angkor Wat in Siem Reap. End of this interesting trip with a couple of days relaxing at pristine beaches in Sihanoukville.
Upon your arrival at Phnom Penh’s international airport, our guide will pick you up and transfer your hotel. The rest of the day is at your own leisure.
In the morning, our guide will meet you at the meeting point to start exploring the capital. We will visit Royal Palace which is a complex of buildings serving as the royal residence of the King of Cambodia, Silver Pagoda whose floor was made up of 5,000silver tiles, National Museum which exhibits a large collection of Khmer artifacts and renowned Wat Phnom - a sacred temple situated on a hill after which the city is named.
After lunch, we continue visiting Tuol Sleng Prison Museum and the Killing Fields of Choeung Ek. These are 2 places reminding the atrocities and victims of the Khmer Rouge regime.
Later you can get on a boat along Mekong river bank and watch marvelous sunset. In the evening, you are free to visit night markets for souvenirs and handcrafted items.
After breakfast, we head to tranquil Kratie - a small town located on the bank of the mighty Mekong River with featured French colonial buildings. It takes around 4- 5 hours to come here. Have lunch and relax.
In the afternoon, we will drive to Kampi to watch the rare Irrawaddy dolphins- the most tourist attraction activity in Kratie.
We will spend today exploring to Koh Trong Island by boat and then take a ride around the island to enjoy its picturesque scenery and experience the local living. For those who want to experience authentic and peaceful rural Khmer lifestyle, the tranquil Koh Trong Island is definitely the ideal place for you.
In the morning, we take a bus to four-hour ride to Kampong Cham, relax and check in hotel. Kampong Cham is the lesser-known city in Cambodia, but worth visiting.
In the afternoon, we visit Phnom Pros and Phnom Srey hills known as Man and Woman Hill to observe temples, statues and pagodas and listen to local legends and stories relating to these hills. On top of mountain, you will have a great view of surrounding. Then we come to Nokor Bachey Temple built in 12th century. It is now a cultural and historical site and treasure of the province.
After breakfast, we will travel to the Koh Pen Bamboo Bridge. You can hire a bike to ride on this longest bamboo bridge in the world - an amazing experience for your trip and cycle around to discover small villages and islands.
In the afternoon, we take a nearly 5 hour drive to Siem Reap hotel. Overnight in Siem Reap.
In early morning, our guide will pick you up and start the trip to at South Gate of Angkor Thom then visit the center of the city- Bayon temple. Bayon is well known for its distinctive structures in the Angkor Complex with 54 towers decorated with more than 200 smiling stone faces. Then we also visit the Terrace of Elephants and Terrace of Leper King, as well as the jungle-covered Ta Prohm Temple.
After having lunch and relaxing, we head to the famous and majestic Angkor Wat- one of the largest religious monuments in the world. It is time for you to admire stunning and unique Khmer Architecture and learn about the stories and legends of the temples by our experienced guide.
Later today, we will climb to Bakheng hill to enjoy glorious magical sunset on top. This is an activity that cannot be missed.
Enjoy your breakfast at hotel and head to the Tonle Sap Lake the biggest freshwater lake in Southeast Asia to explore the famous floating villages. Here you will cruise along river observe the daily life of local residents. We will stop at local houses to interact with local families and learn about their culture.
In the afternoon, we transfer to Battambang by bus. Overnight in Battambang
Today we will explore the second largest city by Tuk Tuk. Along the way, you can see the houses in the French colonial style. We pass through traditional villages to learn how products are made and the local’s daily lives.
We then drive to the Bamboo Train station and you will have chance to experience the train route through beautiful fascinating and rice paddies.
Enjoy a delicious lunch at a restaurant, then we continue to visit Wat Phnom Banan - a temple built by King Jarvarman VII in 11th century where you can admire the breathtaking views from the top of mountain.
At the end of the day, we head to watch thousands of bats as they fly out of the caves for the night.
This morning, we transfer to Siem Reap airport for the flight to Sihanoukville. On arrival, our guide will pick you up and transfer to boat pier for taking express boat to Kong Kong Island. Check in and relax at resort.

You are free time at own leisure at Koh Rong Island – one of the most beautiful islands. You can enjoy swimming, sunbathing, kayaking or snorkeling here.
